Course Development
Course Title: Design Thinking
Audience: Undergraduate and online adult learners
My Role:
Owned the end-to-end instructional design process, including content development, assessment creation, curriculum restructuring, and project management. Collaborated with faculty stakeholders to ensure academic rigor and relevance to current business practices.
Design Approach:
Redesigned the course using Bloom’s Taxonomy and backwards design to ensure clear alignment between learning objectives, content, and assessments. Integrated multimedia instructional videos and real world assignments to enhance engagement and support varied learning styles.

This project aims to develop a user-friendly mobile application that enhances productivity and organization. Through intuitive design and seamless functionality, users can efficiently manage tasks, set reminders, and collaborate with team members.

Designed Faculty and Student Mentorship program including mentorship frameworks, training resources and professional development activities.
Program Development
Kennedy University of Leadership MBA Program Development
This curriculum development project involved designing three graduate MBA programs for Kennedy University of Leadership. Working closely with industry experts and subject matter experts, the curriculum aimed to create robust and relevant academic programs that align with the evolving needs of the business and leadership sectors.
